world renowned Research & Development for the NZ meat processing
industry for over 50 years.
While red meat - in particular
beef, venison and lamb - has been our core science business,
specialists within AgResearch MIRINZ have far wider capabilities,
especially around food safety, non-invasive measurement systems and
cooling/heating process design. Over the past 8 years as part of
AgResearch, these areas have been better recognised and developed.
